WF picked this product up at our local store a couple weeks ago. It is called PB2 and is a powdered peanut butter something or other. Haven’t tried it yet but the label says to add water and you have? peanut butter. Thought it would be a good addition to our long term store food. From what I can tell it looks like a very fine almost a flour type consistency that you mix to a paste.
I’ll let you know if it is any good in the next few days when we try it.
Doing a quick search you can buy 1 lbs. bags online. I am not sure if regular peanut butter has the same shelf life as this product but its worth a try. The immediate downside that I can see is the cost, almost twice the cost of a regular jar of peanut butter.

Shelf life?? I love Jif reduced fat. They use corn syrup in it and it makes it sweet. I probably hold a record for PB consumption.
