Not really, but it cold be just a preview of what could be. Here is a lady obviously not on her medications, or just having an episode. I don’t know the back story to this video. But here is a what if: How would you handle this if was a SHTF moment and the police were not around or non existent? She, or maybe others could be stealing your food. Granted rhubarb by itself isn’t very tasty but there are ways to make it eatable. I don’t know this video just struck a cord with me.
